Todd Puckett

Mr. Puckett joined Axogen in March of 2018 and held positions of increasing responsibilities including Director of Operations and most recently Vice President of Manufacturing. In these roles, he was responsible for the manufacturing operations at the Ohio locations which included the design, construction and start-up of the company’s new biologics facility located in Vandalia, Ohio. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in March of 2024 and assumed overall leadership of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Tissue Recovery and Continuous Improvement.
Mr. Puckett brought more than 16 years of increasing leadership responsibilities to Axogen from his prior roles at NuVasive and Zimmer Biomet. He has leadership experience in manufacturing operations, project leadership, sterile packaging, new facilities start-up and transfer, and continuous improvement.
Mr. Puckett holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Lean Manufacturing Certification from the University of Michigan.
